If you can't tell what it is, I always assume it's a Drum back. You wouldn't believe how many unconfirmed Drum backs I own.

I think not...here are my examples of Piedmont, Sweet Caporal, Polar Bear and Sovereign backs. I'm thinking the Sovereign is making the backs of the other cards feel insufficient.
