1000% fake. The rest of his mantles do look authentic though.

As long as you trust PSA to identify a fake, you're covered.

I thought I understood that raw cards go through CGC?

They used to; when the hurricane damaged that area and they got backed up, eBay changed it to PSA.

The funny part is the guy using rubber gloves to handle a card that's already under 2 layers of plastic.

Not something that encourages thinking he knows much of anything.
