Arkansas beating St. Johns was a bracket buster!

After a thrilling Buzzer Beater last night, it appears as CBM off the top rope has a 20 point lead.

Chasing him closely are Commishbob N54, Cgjackson2222 and Stmoose just 20 points behind.

We've got a close battle for the prize, should be fun to see how this plays out.

I've got 7/8 chances to get the elite 8 right, so hoping it will turn out nicely.

4 number 1 seeds go all the way through. Me thinks the transfer portal and NIL monies might be the beginning of the NCAA killing the golden goose. Final 8 was 1-2 1-2. 1-2. 1-3. Gone, for this year anyway, are the VCU’s George Mason’s San Diego St’s etc. Much that makes this tourney so special is watching and hoping for Cinderella but not this season. Strange, the NCAA football playoff had the exact opposite happen. Maybe I’m off but just my 2 cents.

It's hard to draw any conclusions from a single year's tournament. If the same thing is seen in the next year or two, you could be on to a reason.

I'm hoping my Coogs can pull out one more win on Monday night. As a fan I've been lucky enough to have seen my teams (Orioles, Baltimore Colts, NY Rangers, Man United, Houston Rockets) all win at least one championship, all except the Cougars. Time to close the circle. I was in attendance at The Game Of The Century and it caused me to fall in love with this basketball program. Counting my student passes and my time working for the athletic department I've been watching for 55 years. I'm ready to celebrate.
