I bid on the T206 Sam Crawford American Beauty SGC card but it went a much higher than even my bidding when I dropped out in OT.

Had another Crawford "toughie" - that as a 1916 Holmes To Homes bread. One of the few I don't have from this pose...but a strong price for one with back damage.

The Jackie Robinson debut photo was incredible, know I'll regret not trying harder to win it. What a piece of history.

almost every example of Holmes To Homes known came from the same scrapbook

Congrats Al C. on the great auction. Quite a few nice items. I was surprised at the final hammer on the 1963 Topps Plaque Mickey Mantle with Wrapper ($4,920). However, I have not seen one that nice...so maybe not real surprised after all

I won the last one from Hunt a year ago. This was really nice.
