Yes Jeffrey, this is correct. I had the same questions you have for my first couple orders of signed baseballs. They eventually show up on your account and there's no bar code for the outside of your shipment box. They also charge your credit card immediately when your order is processed, as opposed to card orders when the order is finished and ready to ship out.

That is correct, they don't show up like cards. They are processed by a different team on the DNA side of the business so they don't hit the same step process as cards would. You'll eventually see the order hit your account and the grades as well (assuming you graded), but it will eventually pop.

As long as you believe it arrived in their hands you are good. Generally your items will not show in the “item” category as well as any other info from the order until basically the order is processed and finished. Depending o which office has the order and what level or service you selected, it could be up to two months before you see anything in your account.
