I'm new to Net54Baseball, and this is my first comment/reply. It is impressive, but not surprising, that the power of this forum indeed counts Jerry Cohen as a member. I've been a long-time admirer of the history, concept and quality surrounding Ebbets Field Flannels - going back to my days of working in Seattle. As I am closing in on retirement, I find myself more attracted to baseball history. (I have been fortunate to visit the museums in Cooperstown and Kansas City.) Last year, I did score a Seattle Steelheads #3 jersey. A year or so before that, I was too late to order the Walla Walla Padres grounds crew jacket in a proper size, so I was pleased to find the next-gen of EFF recent offering the 1974 Walla Walla Padres cap. Along the way, I stumbled upon the Aberdeen Black Cats Electric Field grounds crew jacket. Another long-gone item, but it led to more research - and the remarkable work at https://www.nwbaseballhistory.com/ by writer Amanda Lane Cumming. With regards to the next-gen of EFF, I did have a question about the Walla Walla ball cap. I found its customer service to be courteous via email, and I hope to receive the cap later this month. Perhaps a sign of the times that the cap is available as fitted and adjustable.
