Needing T205 Gold Border Advice on selling set

Hey guys. Due to u foreseen circumstances I have to get rid of this set. I have 205/206 base set. ALL PSA GRADED. Only missing Cy Young. The average grade is 2. It’s #18 in the PSA basic set registry. Having a very difficult time putting a price on this. What would you say is a reasonable price on something like this? It took 6 years to complete. Some of the key HOF grades are below

List the cards here with an asking price...I'm sure you will be able to sell some. Those that don't sell consign them with an auction house.

We sold an AUTHENTIC - POOR set back in November. Literally averaged below a "1" I was a little disappointed in the result though the consignor was content. I believe it went for $8k
