Oct 18, 1913 Atlanta Constitution article detailing Ty Cobb's winter plans...he did not go on the world tour and thus cant be him in the photo
It looks a little like John Tener president of the NL who did go on the trip but the man in the photo is much shorter than Tener so dont think it is him either, but thats the closest Ive come to who it looks like that was on the trip...

Jolly- Yes I understand THAT post was...however this comment
"... interesting that was my first thought when I saw the photo, Ty Cobb." by the OP suggested that they might have legit thought it could be Cobb and that is why I posted that. The OP asked for help and made a comment they thought it could be Cobb that didnt appear to be a joke...that's who I am trying to help...if you notice I didnt respond to your joke post only mentioned Cobb after the OP's comment on Cobb.
