Odd 1991 Ringlords Hector Camacho error card

Can someone explain this 1991 Ringlords error card?

Hector Camacho back, but front is Hector Camacho name, but front is also Robert Daniels picture upside-down. Photo is also offset showing a partial image of another card. Top (or bottom) of card also has two odd yellow partial circles(?) on the corners.

FYI, I found it with a Mike Tyson promo. I think I bought both cards at a card shop maybe 1991 or 1992.

I think it might be some type of pre-production mishap that found its way to a card dealer.

Could be some type of test printing. How does an error like that even happen?!?

The sheet was fed into the press upside down for part of the printing

That makes sense if the Ringlords logo and Camacho nameplate grey color were the last step.

1) sheet inserted upside down
2) Daniels image printed
3) printing stops
4) sheet flipped
5) Ringlord logo and Camacho nameplate printed in grey

Does that sound right?

But what about the 2 odd yellow areas on the corners?

I wonder if there are other cards from the sheet floating around somewhere.
