I bought my first Old Judge from your dad (1887 Tim Keefe pose 251 - 7) at a Gloria Rothstein Show on January 19, 1997 at the White Plains (NY) Convention Center. I was astounded at the sheer number of N172s he had. No one else was even close! I'm still collecting them.
He had so much other 19th century stuff you could spend hours at his tables. He was great to just chat with at shows, too. My condolences to you and your family. |
