If I was you I would do the following:
Send all the Hall of Fame, Sort Print and Minor League players to Robert Edwards Auctions (this is personal preference based on professionalism and the price they are able to achieve via auction). Negotiate for 100% of the hammer. You can then lump the remaining cards by team, and either sell on Ebay, or start contacting dealers to find out what they would offer (depending on the time / return you are looking for).
