The main hall at Chantilly is 110,000 sq feet. I'm not sure of the size of the East hall where the autographs were but it wasn't tiny I'd guess at least another 25,000 sq feet, so overall the new space is likely somewhat smaller.

As an FYI, the 2 venues are about 8 miles apart and since it is in mall i would have to say there is a lot of parking.
