Feedback on Steve Verkman Cards

I recently sent Verkman back the Nadja card that had been basically sliced at the bottom ...it was about 1/8 of an inch different in size and jagged at the bottom...I mean just the bottom border varied in size that much.......unreal....sent it back....still waiting for my money....this reminds me I will call Tony and remind them on Monday about the trivial matter of the refund
