If you plan on being in the Seattle area I would look at it for you, but I'm not familiar with a legitimate card like you describe (perhaps some on this board is). Sometimes these strange types of blank backed cards were cut from advertising pieces, like signs or ad sheets--, but, again, it would take in person examination to determine its age. Thanks
