You would think PSA graders would wise up

... when you send to PSA, you always have the slight chance of getting a mislabeled card, and the rarer/more valuable the card you send, the better your chances!

PSA is catching on to the wave in modern cards ... pretty soon Upper Deck will offer a UD Graded series with pre-planned errors, which open up the possibility for errors amongst the pre-planned errors!
