When collectors have too much money

There is quite a battle on the PSA set registry for 1957 topps. The opportunity to collect some PSA 10's would certainly help the set rating. Interestingly on all four auctions there were at least 3 bidders willing to pay more than $745 for each of the cards and on the last auction there were 4 buyers. It was not like two bidders got carried away or let their ego get the best of them.
