I have long advocated eduction. Sadly, however, there have always been foolish buyers and there always will be. It's not a coincidence that over a hundred years ago P.T. Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute" and, today, we are talking about people bidding in private auctions on obviously fake cards.

I do, however, wish (you knew this was coming) eBay would get rid of those goddamn private auctions or restrict its use for legitimate reasons only. If eBay did that one single, simple act, over half of these scam problems would clear up right away.
