It seems like card was graded by SGC, but no mention in the description. He must not of got the grade he was hoping for.

maybe its graded by some other company that isnt as reputable so he figured he would make more by not mentioning it

but doesn't PRO use those same black inserts as SGC? Like I said, I may be wrong but worth mentioning...
