Stolen Card

Wouldn't it have been better to use Registered Mail for a $3900.00 card? At least you would have the chance of theft greatly reduced because EVERY postal employee who handles your item has to sign for it, from the window clerk who accepts the item to the carrier who delivers it and everyone else in between.
