I emailed the seller and cc'd you, just so there would be no confusion about my thoughts on this.

You stated you wanted to "settle this" by email - I don't. If you want to email about something totally unrelated to this stupid debaucle, go ahead, but one word about an Old Judge tobacco box and I press 'delete'.
