eBay suggestion

eBay isn't interested in doing anything that will impede the ability for someone to sell for the maximum amount on eBay. Especially if that seller is a PowerSeller. They are as sacred to eBay as cows are to Hindus.

Until eBay gets hits with a major lawsuit and loses, they are going to do nothing.
