Both purchases from Kit Young have been fine - I made an offer on two e95's that had twice failed to hit the minimum on ebay. They took my offer, which was a fair one. I called about a t206 green Cobb that was graded vgex, but priced at vg. They insisted it was a solid vgex, which it was not, but the price was fair and I was very happy with the card.

I have not met a single dealer who does not overgrade his cards by at least 1/2 grade, but most are willing to sell at fair market price when asked.
