I just got off the phone with Doug Allen at MASTRO ... and he had read my post on this website about the 1927 E210 York Caramel auction ...

and he is going to CLARIFY the auction listing to better inform buyers as to whether it is a TYPE I set or TYPE II set.

The big difference, of course, is that a TYPE II set would include a LOU GEHRIG card!!

Unfortunately, when SGC slabbed the cards ... they did NOT indicate on the labels whether the cards are TYPE I or TYPE II.

Good Job by MASTRO to solve the confusion ... lazy job by SGC to not clarify the set.

I just wish it was the TYPE II set for sale.
