Packaging and such

My Ramly pack came with a card in it....I sent it in to be graded and it came back an SGC80. Our previous moderator bought it from me...it was a very nice common with a little water stain...I have no idea about the rest of the packs with regard to a card or not coming in them....I really haven't looked to hard for the overprints on them....
