Thanks fellas....the second one has a companion piece for the Chicago Cubs. They are listed in Muchinsky's book. Can I assume it's from 1959-60? Was 1959 the only year the Sox were nicknamed the Go Go Sox? As for the Yankee pin I always thought the American Nut and Caramel pins were the same size as the Guys Potato Chip pins. This one is bigger than those. And I figured out that the Cubs Junior Booster pin must not be that hard to find with a quick ebay search. Looks like they go pretty cheaply. |
