I certainly believed that the card would be mine since my first act was to say I wanted it which was IMMEDIATELY followed up by an e-mail that stated I would work with you in any payment mechanism you preferred. I did not inquire, I COMMITTED to the purchase, which from all appearances adhered to your "first come first serve" rule. |
