Adding To America's Toughest Want List

I also had a scketchy "almost" transaction with "them." In my opinion, this guy is just trolling this board trying to either pick stuff up for a steal, or possibly flip something really quick if he can find a buyer and a seller at the same time. Can anyone provide a positive feedback for this guy on a transaction?
