Trying to track down a set

Sorry if this set ends up being post-war, but I believe it's from some time in the 40's and the 50's. I saw a card awhile back of Pee Wee Reese that was mostly black and had a tv set as part of the image (or something like that), but I can't find what set it is. Can anyone offer any help? FYI, I am NOT referring to the 55 Bowman set of which I'm well familiar - it's something a bit more obscure than that. Thanks!

I was trying to complete this set, I basically just saw the Reese for sale and was thinking about purchasing it at some point, but I couldn't recall what it was in order to look up the value, etc.
