This is a copy of email I received today.

We are in the process of a complete "re-design" of VCBC. We have
changed printers and are planning
to go to a full digital format which will cut the print time in half,
save us 20% on our print bill and give us a
much cleaner look. Sharper photos, etc. Once the redesign is complete
we will continue publishing.
We thank you for your support and patience.
#38 was the last issue that we mailed.
