I use auction sniper.com but you have to be careful about placing a bid for 5 seconds or less. Twice I lost out on terrific deals because my bid did not get placed. they did give me a consolation prize of some free snipes but it doesn't replace the feeling of gloom when something goes for dirt cheap and you had the winning bidder (you thought) crushed with a strong snipe bid. Auction sniper.com recommended to me that I go with the 10 second snipe and I have but once in a while that snipe bid gets placed even more than 10 seconds before finality. The service is otherwise very reliable and their web site is user friendly. |
