although this card apears to be authentic, it has not been graded by a third party grading company; therefore it will be sold as is, and as a reprint.

Anyone stupid enough to bid on a card with this disclaimer and a private auction to boot, needs to be stripped of all of their money.

He is also violating eBay policy by requiring contact within 24 hours and payment within 3 days. Very unrealistic things no matter how much free time you have.
