quick question about the REA "extended bid time" thing, since i'm not real knowledgable about the auction system: i was under the impression that acutions got extended for 15 minutes, only if the bid increased? and they closed after 15 minutes of inactivity. is this correct? because lot #155 sat at $1800 from about 7 pm to 3 am.
