Usually I look at the bidder list when dealing with several hundred or thousand dollar items. My red flags go off whenever a zero feedback bidder pushes the bids higher. I looked at the auction in question and there are two zero feedback bidders pushing the bid higher. Personally I would have concerns about shilling unless I knew the seller, and if I did know the seller I would be concerned about new bidders trying to manipulate the auction for their own amusement. |
