I have dealt with the person in question many times to great satisfaction. I brought the thread to his attention, he was unaware what he eas doing was causing such a problem. At this point he has chosen not to respond to the thread, which is his right. From my understanding the auctions got pulled by ebay and they even called him, so he will no longer be using the practices in question.
