T206 Bridwell Error ???

Sorry to rain on your parade, but the letters can be removed, and this looks fishy. If you put a card up here for judgement expect the bad with teh good. If you have already formed an opinion, why bother posting it? There might be someone out that might think it is some type of varition but my opinion is an altered card.
