One More Rip Off

I wonder what the full story is. The seller using the stolen scam obviously deals in PSA slabbed cards, yet doesn't bother to get this one slabbed? All their other auctions have nice clear picture of the card and slab, yet this is a heavily pixilated and tightly cropped picture.
