Default SGC & Strip Cards

Posted By: Kyle

I like some strips too... they're very unique and far more difficult to find that other cards.

Do you have scans of your new W551s? SGC is pretty inconsistent with grading strips, atleast for me they have been. I submitted the W515 Ruth strip to SGC first, it came back too small (not even holdered as authentic). So I submitted it to PSA and it got an 8. Its almost like you have to make sure the person grading the cards knows what strips are and understands how large/small they should be. Some will say, well yeah SGC knows, but there are graders who are completely clueless to sizes. I also think all graded cards should be catalogued not only by certification number, but each and every should be scans or photocopied or something.

I'd resubmit, email Sean (check this thread: http://www.network54.com/Forum/153652/thread/1138639977/last-1138711676/SGC+Service+Issues) or send to PSA.

Good luck,
Kyle
