First, what you are saying is wrong. The percentage of cards with the factory named trimmed off the bottom is extremely small, nowhere near 20%. Second, it is very likely that the card was not miscut at the factory but trimmed later, perhaps by parents not wanting their children to see the cigarette ad. |
