E95 Plank on eBay - Undisclosed Information So Beware

In the real world that would be true, but this is eBay after all. With this particular auction, it would be easy enough to establish that he "knowingly" omitted information about the card's condition -- but only because there is the first to refer back to. In other situations, though, it might not be so easy to wiggle out of those terms.
