I'm sure that will get removed but if they don't suspend the Seller he'll probably wind up selling the '55 Topps Set he has listed, and I bet he doesn't own that either. |

i bought a cracker jack cobb a few months ago and right after i did, someone contacted me with another seller selling the same exact scan...so i contacted the seller i bought the card from and told him to send me scans/photos of the card i bought with a newspaper of todays date or i was putting a stop payment on my cashier's check, this way he proved to me he had the actual card....he did send me several and i got my card about 4-5 days later express mail...try something like that, if he doesnt respond, he doesnt have them |

With the ability of photoshop, a photo of the cards with "today's newspaper" is no guarantee. Diligence might require more than that. |
