Scot, Sorry to hear you got ripped off. You can dispute it with Ebay and they will arbitrate the dispute with you and the seller. They will put pressure on him to make it right with you. I don't know what you paid for the cards but it is an option you have. If you paid with paypal you can disput thru them also. |
