Barry - my suggestion is that you set the place and the time. Those that can make it will do so. Leaving it open sets you up for more suggestions and discussion than you are likely to want. Living in Virginia I'm not likely to be there but that's my 2 cents anyway. However if you're ever down in the Williamsburg area I'll set up a lunch/dinner etc....
