One time I received an OJ and it fell into my waste basket. I couldn't find it for a while then it dawned on me to look in the waste basket. Thank goodness, I was about to empty it...

Another time I received a nice T222 and I cracked a corner off when I was removing it from the holder. So much for the EX/MT card, it turned into a G/VG card in an instant...
