A lot of things are illegal that shouldn't be. I don't let big brother do my thinking for me. The prison industry is big business for big brother. Maybe they can outlaw cigarettes and alcohol next, so there will be more cheap prison labor for all the million dollar corporations that don't want to outsource to Asia.
