What works well for me, is that I know a few vintage dealers in my area that don't mind trading. So basically what I do is offer trade and cash for cards I really need. This weekend, I traded some '52 Topps cards for a '55 Bowman Mantle and a '33 Goudey Lefty O'Doul. I threw in $300. Otherwise, it would have cost me around $650. |
