question about overcharges on shipping

I once bought something from Max that cost $22 for him to ship to me. I paid $20 dlvd for the item. I am not looking for Max to help me manage my finances. I do owe him a drink though!

Elliot bought something from me a few months back. I received no money for it and he made me fly over and hand deliver the goods. I figure that I can apply my savings from the Max deal to balance the Elliot deal.
