How to get ripped off by SCP Auctions & Sotheby's

As I told you on the phone I think they handled this very poorly. I will be very careful IF I bid in their auctions. One thing I can say about most auction houses is that when they make a mistake they fix it very professionally. We all will make mistakes....it's how we handle them that matters....Thanks for posting this..
