A baseball researcher circulated this. It appears to be a small startup, but you have to love their charter, and the price is right - FREE.

There's not a huge archive built up as yet, much less specific material
related to baseball, but the intent is to make available interesting content
that resides in the public domain - mostly pre-1923. He did just post a few
articles from Yank Magazine - The Army Weekly, including this November 23,
1945 article on one Jack Roosevelt Robinson.
