I participated in the auction and attended all the sessions. At the time I was focussed almost entirely on 19th century material. The hobby was different then. Things like cabinet cards and rare CdV's were very hotly contested. Actual cards were not as expensive. Cards have only skyrocketed in the last 5-6 years. Before that they were rather affordable. |
