If I had seen these in person, I wouldn't think twice as they look like a corner mush to me. But given that Kevin is posting it, the chances they are altered goes way up (or at least the chances that Kevin thinks they are altered goes way up).

Kevin, let us know what you think. Also, if it is an alteration, what's the motive? I mean, the alteration doesn't look good, the card isn't going to grade higher with a corner like that compared to one with corner wear (I'm guessing on that)...so why would someone do that on purpose? Looking forward to learning.
